Marisa & Simone
Marisa and Simone came to Zanzibar on holiday in 2017, fell for Jambiani, and bought the land within a day. They built Aurora room by room — bringing Simone's thirty years of London fine dining to the kitchen and Marisa's eye to every detail. You'll often hear from them personally before you even arrive.
